Researcher in the area of Risk & Resilience

(full-time or part-time)


for our projects dealing with:

  • integrated risk management
  • resilience of critical infrastructures
  • emerging risks
  • risk management in industry (RBI, RCM, HAZOP, HSE...)

The applicants' profiles to be considered are:

  • Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Materials or Chemical Engineers
  • Software Engineers (IT), with engineering skill
  • Risk/Resilience professionals (incl. social sciences)
Successful candidate should:
  • have an academic degree (researchers) or be working towards it
  • have knowledge and/or interest in IT technologies
  • possess analytical skills and be motivated to learn and cope with new research issues
  • be fluent in English (TOEFL, GRE or other), knowledge of German and/or other languages will be of advantage
